Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. At Lingoport we have a few fundamental principles:

• 1. We do not share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
• 2. We do not store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

Localyzer Express only pulls down resource files from the repository, translates the files, and pushes them back the repository. The only files which are pulled from the repository and are then Machine Translated are:

• ❯ .properties
• ❯ .resx
• ❯ .json
• ❯ Android strings.xml
• ❯ iOS .xml files

No source code is pulled to the Localyzer Express system. (No .java, .js, .cs, etc.)

Access to the Localyzer Express GitHub application is granted on the repositories in GitHub.

Lingoport does not share, sell, or make available any information with other entities, unless required by law. Thus far this has never been the case.

What Kind of Information We Collect

We do not collect any user information on our system. The only data we need is the resource files (see above), and no code is pulled down to our system.

Data Storage

Localyzer Express may use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.

Security

While no online service is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so, such as monitoring our Services for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.

Retention of Collected Information

After each commit, processing, and translation for an authorized repository, the resource files pulled down from the repository are deleted from our system.

User's Rights

In accordance with the Service's retention policy, users can immediately remove the GitHub application Localyzer Express access from the repositories.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although changes are likely to be minor, if any, Localyzer Express may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at Lingoport's sole discretion.
